Rick Erisman and his wife Britt married in 2003 and are blessed with eight children. He has been in pastoral ministry for over 20 years. He’s an alumnus of N.E.T. Ministries and Saint Paul’s Outreach. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He works with Catholic leaders, new coaches, organizations and individuals throughout the U.S. and the world.
I joined the Redivive coaching team in the summer of 2017. I saw the transformation happening both in Rick's life and in the lives of his clients through coaching. I am passionate about helping women navigate marriage, parenting and work.....going from surviving in life to thriving.
I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, going to plays, traveling along the north shore and being by the ocean.
I joined the Redivive coaching team in the summer of 2020. After graduating from Franciscan University, I served in various parish leadership positions and also spent a year on mission with NET Ministries. Having served in ministry roles for over 13 years, God then stirred something new in my heart and led me to coaching.
I’ve always loved encouraging individuals as they move forward in their lives to become the person that God has created them to be. Currently I’m pursuing ICF accreditation through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute; and I’m excited to join the Redivive Team!
I’m passionate about my faith, my family, and being a source of inspiration to others. Beautiful scenery, music, reading, and laughter are things I enjoy - along with coffee of course and a good bonfire.
I started Redivive as a way to help others experience the same growth and joy that I have experienced in my own life. In the reading from John 10:10 ("I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly"), and indeed throughout scripture, the clear message from God is that we are meant to live full, powerful and joyful lives.
