Catholic Life Coaching

Integrate Your Faith and Spark Renewal

Be who God made you to be and you will set the world on fire."

—St. Catherine of Siena

Embark on a journey with a Catholic Life Coach to renew your identity, discover your purpose & pursue the mission God is calling you to.

Your life has great meaning, and the Father is calling you to live from His Heart into all that you do.

You’ve had some measure of success — maybe marriage, kids, a good job — but a nagging feeling persists that there is more to life than what you’ve experienced, a feeling that God has bigger plans.

“It's a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to.”

—J.R.R. Tolkien, Lord of the Rings

God has bigger plans for you.
You are far from alone in this experience. God is with you, and our coaching program is built to connect you to that greater purpose. Any number of things holds us back, and overcoming these is how to reach that greatness to which we are called:
  • Integrate Faith
  • Build Confidence
  • Gain Vision
  • Set New Goals
  • Manage Time
  • Overcome Fear
  • Discover Values
  • Deepen Relationships

What is Catholic Life Coaching All About?

  • Coaching is a tool for transformation and growth.
  • Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It helps individuals unlock the potential that God has placed in their hearts, and supports them in moving towards that vision.
  • It is a relationship between coach and client where trust is built, hope is fostered, and intentional action is supported.
  • Through regular one-on-one sessions, coaching focuses on your gifts, strengths, weaknesses, and those things that you are being called to do.
Most importantly, start with Christ as your foundation.
A coach is a sojourner who will partner with you and the Holy Spirit. In its essence, coaching is an investment of time set aside to do the deep work of transformation.
“Do not be afraid. Do not be satisfied with mediocrity. Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”
—Pope John Paul II
You are called to greatness—in all your life, for the rest of your life.

"I met with Rick for leadership development over the course of three months, and during that time he was able to help me strengthen my confidence as a young leader in ministry. Rick helped me to recognize and understand my key strengths and apply them to my work. He always asked me about action items and next steps so that my leadership could be lived out and practiced."
Benjamin Huntley  |
Chapter Leader for Saint Paul's Outreach at Texas State University
"Working with Rick has unlocked something powerful for me personally and our  organization. By investing the time to be coached (and for my staff to be trained by him) we  have gotten clarity for our niche in our organization and have been able to communicate with  greater confidence and conviction."
Sofia Fernandez  |
Director of Mission Partner Development
"I highly recommend Rick’s services to anyone who is looking to become better version of themselves. From both a professional and personal standpoint, my coaching experience with Rick has been an exponential gain. As an independent business owner, I had hit a professional plateau and always felt like I was subtly working against myself. Working with Rick helped me identify what both my strengths and weaknesses are and since then, my business has taken a significant step forward as I am now able to embrace and utilize my strengths, while finding new ways to manage my shortcomings. If you are considering working with Rick, please feel free to contact me if you would like to hear more about my experience."
Matt Furness  |
Practice Builder Recruiter at Kimley-Horn
"At a crucial point in my career development, Rick coached me through a whole set of circumstances: —Building relationships, and learning how to integrate faith and work to achieve goals —Aligning disjointed groups in an organization based on/and limited by my sphere of influence —Learning and re-learning my sphere of influence —Transitioning into a much more active role that leverages my strengths and helps me achieve more ambitious goals I can honestly say that Rick's coaching helped me to see blindspots in my approach to work, and by so doing, really amplified my performance and ability to reach out to others from my strengths while also being aware of my weaknesses."
Samuel Roeble  |
Treasury Analyst
"Rick has really helped me to make progress on my life goals (personal, spiritual, and career focused) that I was struggling to achieve alone. Rick has a wonderful way of being a coach when I need to be challenged and a cheerleader when I need to be lifted up. No matter the challenges that I faced or the setbacks that occurred, I never felt judged. If you are looking for a coach to help you achieve your life goals, reach out to Rick and see for yourself."
Chris Ahlers  |
Principal Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft
Rick is one of the most insightful coaches that I have ever met. His ability to get right to the heart of a matter and create meaningful action plans leads directly to transformational changes. Rick has an enormous capacity to help others lead the lives they were meant for. I recommend Rick fully!

My time with Rick was beneficial, uplifting, and insightful. Even more I was inspired to act. His work with me provided clear action steps and the seeds for real life change.

The Right Path process as led by Rick Erisman is a powerful faith based tool that offers greater insight into the unique way that God has created us. The brothers found the materials and the interactive sessions create a new awareness of our gifts and weaknesses. The process helped the brothers at the individual level as well as understanding how these personal traits impact those we work and live with. Both our older and younger members found this material and Rick's supervision to be very helpful.
Br. Ken Apuzzo  |
General Superior
Rick is a natural when it comes to coaching. His exceptional listening skills enable him to pick up insights that are hidden below the surface. Rick also has a knack for turning those insights into great questions that generate thoughtful action and movement forward. You leave every conversation with Rick feeling better about yourself and your capacity for impact.
